Forest School Holiday Clubs in Bristol
During Easter, Summer & Autumn School Holidays
Henleaze holiday club operates Monday - Thursday in all school Holidays apart from February half term and Christmas holidays. Our holiday clubs based at the 227 Scout hut in Henleaze are open for bookings for children from any area and any school. The clubs are open to 4 -11 year olds, 9am - 3.30pm @ £35.00 per day. 4 year olds must already be in the Reception year at school/equivalent.
Every holiday club schedule is unique, featuring a new seasonal theme each day. Children will learn and practice bushcraft skills, discover local plants and wildlife, and have fun playing games and exploring the outdoors.
Our sessions are designed to provide children with ample opportunities for play and socialising, all within a natural outdoor setting. They'll engage in exciting activities such as building dens, using traditional tools, searching for woodland creatures, preparing and cooking fireside snacks, learning about the natural world, and playing fun woodland games.
Our leaders are fully qualified Forest School practitioners who embrace the Forest School ethos and understand the importance of play. They are trained in outdoor paediatric first aid and hold up-to-date DBS certificates.
We’re lucky to spend every session outdoors in the fresh air, and we have weatherproof shelters and convenient onsite toilet facilities to ensure a comfortable experience for all.
